Fresh crop from Ethiopia! This comes from a private wet mill, where the owner is wonderfully meticulous with his attention to quality. Konga is a focal point of coffee right near the town of Yirga Cheffe, taking fruit from farms over 6500 feet above sea level. Cleanliness is the primary goal of this mill, going through multiple rounds of hand sorting. The evidence is seen clearly in the cup.
